Refund & Return Policy

If your product arrives physically damaged during shipment, capture a photo and email it to our customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. At Myfadak, we prioritize your satisfaction.

We adhere to a 3-day return policy, allowing you a grace period of 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

For a seamless exchange, return the item, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you swiftly receive the desired product.

Order Cancellation:

Only Full Cancellation is permitted; Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed. To request a cancellation, call our customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience and support in this matter. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, kindly send us your account details and a copy of the canceled cheque to myfadak@gmail.com. We’ll handle your refund with care.
